Our story


Why we created Bidbank

After managing and writing PQQs, tenders and bids for over ten years, both in-house and as consultants, we got frustrated with how much time was spent on bid administration and searching for previous content. We wanted to create a smarter, more efficient way to work so that more time could be spent on creativity,  innovation and developing a winning bid strategy.

The ambition was to create a simple online workspace that helps bid teams to work better and smarter, together. After much development and testing, Bidbank was launched...but we haven't stopped there. We're always looking for new ways to help you work smarter and win more so we're regularly adding new features and functionality.

When we set up in business, it was important that we gave something back. Our background in bid writing means we understand the power of words in business but what about in life? We believe the ability to read and write provides confidence, aspiration and opportunity - something every child should enjoy - which is why we have partnered with national literacy charity, Beanstalk (registered charity number 296454).  

We donate 5% of every Bidbank sale to Beanstalk, which provides one-to-one literacy support to children who struggle with their reading ability and confidence.
